Jean Kase is the Founder/CEO of Ingenuity Partners LLC, a professional services network, providing clients with access to world-class talent and resources. We focus on growing strong healthy businesses to grow strong healthy communities. Ingenuity Partners deliver executive coaching, customized business services, and entrepreneurial boot camps. Three of our lynchpin educational and networking programs are The Entrepreneurs Network, Women Leaders Thrive, and the first Women’s Business Accelerator in Upstate New York.
As TEN Executive Director, Jean manages active investors, business owners and experts to drive powerful peer-to-peer learning with real-world strategies. TEN has served more than 400 alumni from Monroe County and across Upstate New York who are commercializing scientific breakthroughs and new technologies and tapping new markets or expanding their product portfolios. TEN’s mantra: build profitable, scalable, and sustainable companies.
Jean is an active investor in the Rochester Angel Network (RAN), and Chloe Capital, a venture capital firm investing in women-led innovation companies. Jean was honored by Upstate Venture Connect with the 2019 Community Catalyst Award to recognize her work bringing people together and increasing capital and early-stage investors.
Rooted in the Rochester community, Jean has extensive experience in public-private partnerships. She previously served as vice president of public affairs for the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, representing 2,100 member firms in government matters affecting the regional business climate. Jean was responsible for key contracts under Chamber management including PTAC, UNICON, and Startup Resource Program.
She earned her undergraduate degree at St. John Fisher College and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
